Home repairs can be less expensive if they are bundled. Rather than having to call out three different service people, I can often do the work of multiple skilled trades persons and when I can’t, I can arrange to have reliable pros that I have worked with in the past take care of the problems.

I am often unavailable to answer the phone (because I’m often upside down covered with spiders with a flashlight in my mouth while trying to fix something underneath someone’s house), but I do check texts and email at least every two hours and set aside an hour in the morning and one in the evening for paperwork.
Many contractors waste a day or more visiting the house to write a quote. My vehicle is stocked full of the most common home inspection repair items and I can often take care of many small items on my initial visit.
